The Healing Powers of Rescue Remedy

Bach’s Rescue Remedy is a magic potion.

Rescue Remedy is a combination of flower essences that naturally reduces stress. A few drops (or sprays) of Rescue Remedy on the tongue and we’re calmer, saner, less convinced the sky is falling.

It works on parents and kids, helps moods, trauma, colic and illness–especially the irritability that comes with colds, flu, and pregnancy (and those lovely pregnancy anxieties).

Rescue Remedy saved Kelly when Amelia and Wyatt were adjusting to family life with newborn Oliver (a/k/a fighting all the time).

From birth to two years, we dilute with 3 tablespoons water, then give 2 drops as often as every 10-15 minutes for up to two hours or until the child is calmer.

We give two drops for two to five year olds, and follow the instructions on the label for older children.
