Vitamins for Kids

child life vitamins first defenseChildlife Essentials are our favorite vitamins for kids.

Created by the homeopathic pediatrician Dr. Murray Clarke, Childlife includes a range of supplements for general health and immune support formulated specially for children. They use natural and organic ingredients, and kids love the taste.

We use the liquid Multi Vitamin & Mineral and Vitamin C daily. The Colostrum we sprinkle on their oatmeal. When our kids show the early signs of a cold or illness, we give them the immune booster First Defense, and extra Vitamin C.

We also like the Essential Fatty Acids and Cod Liver Oil for development support.

We start our kids on vitamins around one years old and follow the directions on the label, be sure to check with your pediatrician.
