Kids Plates, Utensils and Cups
The Green Guide recently posted a helpful article about alternatives to melanine and plastic in kids’ dishware. The author, Alexandra Zissu (The Complete Organic Pregnancy), talks about avoiding plastic all together to stay out of the question zone of what’s safe and what’s not.
Her approach is refreshing at a time when we search for those numbers in triangles on the bottom of plastic gear and end up frustrated because so many products have no symbol at all.
We’ve been trying to simplify by using stainless steel, glass and our regular dishes.
