Putting Our Feet Up
Literally, lying on the floor with our legs resting on the wall makes us feel better–less tired, less irritable, more relaxed.
We have a range of styles–truer yogi with our legs straight and butt right against the wall, butt a little further from the wall with our knees sort of bent, or relaxing our legs over a chair or bed. Five minutes helps, 20 minutes makes a big difference.
Kids crawl around or on top of us, throw balls at our faces, it still works.
