SafeMama

SafeMama is the best resource we’ve found for thoughtful, easy to follow child safety and product information.

SafeMama reviews products and health news, researches risks in everyday children’s gear (like melamine plates) and follows safety studies on car seats, toys and everything else we want to know. SafeMama explains the important details and always includes safer product options.

We discovered Clean George hand purifier (the natural Purell alternative) at SafeMama, and love their helpful links, like EWG’s Guide to Infant Formula and Baby Bottles.

The SafeMama Cheat Sheets are also a great find–safe BPA free products (bottles, teethers and pacifiers, dishware), baby bath care, baby wipes, and even bug repellent.
